Somalia authorities have arrested the Performing Chief of the National Intelligence Service Agency (NISA) Mr. Abdulqadir Mohamed Nur “Jama” with over $1M in his possession cash believed to have been stolen from the spy agency´s coffers, Journalist reviews.
