Bayern Munich predicted the line-up against Cologne

Bayern Munich will try to atone for last weekend’s shocked home loss to Borussia Mönchengladbach when they visit Cologne in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

Bayern’s lead at the top of the table dropped to six points in the process, although a major concern for Julian Nagelsmann has been the outbreak of Covid-19 at the club.

The German welcomed back several of his missing stars to training this week and he hopes to have a stronger pool of players to choose from this weekend.

This is how Bayern could line up.

Benjamin Pavard (RB) – The Frenchman was forced to fill in as midfielder last time.

Dayot Upemecano (CB) – A soothing presence in the heart of Bavaria’s backline.

Niklas Sule (CB) – Blooms out to one of the most dominant defenders in Europe.

Alphonso Davies (LB) – Nagelsmann was forced to improvise on the left back last week in the absence of the Canadian.
