PSG travel to face Manchester City in their penultimate group stage match in the Champions League and want to take a big step towards qualifying for the knockout stage.
Mauricio Pochettino’s sideline track followed City with a point at the top of Group A after they were held in Germany by RB Leipzig on their last European outing earlier this month.
They currently have an almost irrevocable position at the top of Ligue 1 after their 3-1 victory over Nantes this weekend, but the performance levels under Pochettino this season have not always satisfied the PSG faithful.

Gianluigi Donnarumma (GK) – Missed the victory over Nantes due to illness and faces a late fitness test, but he may return in the middle of the week.
Achraf Hakimi (RB) – One of the season’s catches in European football, with his speed and athleticism from the hill certainly worries City.
Thilo Kehrer (CB) – His performances have helped ease the blow of Presnel Kimpembe’s injury to Pochettino.
Marquinhos (CB) – The experienced figure in PSG’s back line after Thiago Silva left a few seasons ago.
Juan Bernat (LB) – Recently returned from injury and appears to be Pochettino’s preferred choice in the position.

Leandro Paredes (CM) – A handsome operator, capable of screening the defense while he can boast of the ball.
Idrissa Gueye (CM) – The former Everton man offers energy in midfield and helps provide the basis for the attacking journey to weave his magic.
Marco Verratti (CM) – PSG is improving infinitely with the Italian on the side, thanks to his ability to price open defense.
