Tottenham predicted the lineup vs Wolves in the Premier League

Spurs travel to Molineux to face Wolves on Sunday when the 2021/22 Premier League season continues.

Tottenham’s victory in the opening weekend over Manchester City lifted the mood at the club after weeks of speculation about Harry Kane’s future.

Nuno Espirito Santo heavily rotated their squad for their shock Europa Conference League defeat to Pacos de Ferreira in the middle of the week and they will want to jump back on Sunday when they visit his former side this weekend.

This is how the Portuguese can line up Spurs.

Hugo Lloris (GK) – The Spurs captain is a reliable force between the sticks and the addition of Pierluigi Gollini should keep Lloris on his toes.

Japhet Tanganga (RB) The 22-year-old was hailed by Nuno after his performance in Spurs’ victory over Manchester City and the question is whether he can keep his place in the future.

Davinson Sanchez (CB) – The Colombian put barely a foot wrong against the champions last week and should take advantage of Nuno’s ability to build a solid defensive unit.

Eric Dier (CB) – There were signs of a thriving partnership between Dier and Sanchez last week which, despite the arrival of Cristian Romero, Nuno will want to see develop.

Sergio Reguilon (LB) – The Spaniard was not strongly involved in Spurs’ attacking game against Manchester City, but his deliveries worry even the most determined defense.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (CM) – Denmark’s international is Spurs lynchpin and he will be the key to all the success that Spurs achieves this semester.

Share Alli (CM) -Back in the week after Jose Mourinho’s resignation last season, the 25-year-old will see a return to England’s line-up this season.

Lucas Moura (RW) – A constant thorn in Manchester City’s side last weekend, the Brazilian’s pace and directness will cause Wolves’ backline problems.

Son Heung-min (ST) The 29-year-old went up in Harry Kane’s absence against Manchester City and he will take on the goal responsibility once again this time, but Kane is still hesitant.

Steven Bergwijn (LW) – The Dutchman’s pace worked well in step with Lucas Moura on the opposite flank last weekend and he will be given the task of using his directness to upset Wolves’ defense.
