Watford predicted the line-up against West Ham

After 18 long days, Watford are finally back in action on Tuesday when they equalize against West Ham United.

The Hornets have seen their last three games postponed due to Covid-19 and are still not completely clear of the virus, with a number of unspecified players testing positive during the build-up to it.

With that uncertainty in mind, here’s how the Hornets could line up.

Daniel Bachmann (GK) – With Ben Foster still away from injury, Bachmann retains his place.

Kiko Femenia (RB) – Femenia has been a permanent starter under Claudio Ranieri and will probably keep that run going here.

William Troost-Ekong (CB) – His YouTube channel took a break when the matches ended, but Troost-Ekong should be back on track now.

Craig Cathcart (CB) – Christian Kabasele and Nicolas N’Koulou are both unavailable, and although Francisco Sierralta is back, expect Cathcart to start.

Danny Rose (LB) – Rose’s best experience should give him the nod to the left back.

Moussa Sissoko (DM) – Watford’s captain under Ranieri, Sissoko is a guaranteed starter.

Juraj Kucka (DM) – Neither Imran Louza nor Ozan Tufan have looked ready to take Kuka’s place in the squad yet.

Emmanuel Dennis (RM) – Talisman Ismaila Sarr stays away, meaning Dennis may need to move to the edge.

Tom Cleverley (AM) – Cleverley got an assist in this advanced role before Watford was taken up, so he should get another chance to shine there.

Josh King (LM) – King may start on the left, but Watford’s forwards are all versatile enough to drive around and switch.

Joao Pedro (ST) – Pedro will rotate with both King and Dennis, but if he wants more minutes as this central striker, he must start scoring.
