Wednesday, July 1, is the closing day to vote in Russia on a complete constitutional reform that may permit Vladimir Putin to run for every other two phrases as president. Which means he may rule till 2036. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, a simplified balloting process used to be presented with the distribution of votes for every week and a few balloting switch outside. The opposition says that those procedures facilitate fraud. The polls point out that 44% of Russians give a boost to constitutional reform.

Those that oppose it are stuck between a want for alternate and departure: Russia’s media panorama and the general public debate are ruled by means of an unofficial marketing campaign in prefer of the “sure” vote.

This record by means of Elena Volochine, Nigina Beroeva, Alexandra Dalsbaek and Pavel Sergeev.
